Sometimes I lose lots of my natural lashes whenever getting extensions but I hardly have any lash fall out whenever getting them done here. Definitely recommend!

They were very open to hearing criticism and were quick to try to rectify the situation. I appreciate that they made me feel heard. The new set I received looked a million times better and I have decided to try out their company a bit longer (but will be sticking to this one lash tech).
