Sometimes it's hard to have someone fiddle with your eyelashes for hours on end, but they were so efficient and the experience was great!

  The lashes I would get from here never would turn out to my liking, and they never would last for more than a few days without a lot of pieces... read more already falling off and I notice dried up glue that would irritate my eyes. They would always miss putting lashes on the outer ends of my lashes and would not put any on my natural lashes on the ends. I always would request for a certain style (cat eye) because that's what suits my face the best, but they would always tell me that my lashes are way too short to achieve that look but I've had other lash technicians tell me that it is in fact possible to get. Each and every time I came in, they kept pressuring me to get a style that I did not like and that did not look like would look good for my face, but I gave in anyway because they were gonna keep saying that the cateye style isn't possible with my lashes and so when I finally took their suggestion, it turned out awful and way too open and doe-eyed for my close-set eyes, and had to try to find ways to use makeup to make it look less dramatic inwards. Even a lash technician from a different salon I spoke to said that it did not suit my face. They made my middle lashes way too long compared to the outer lashes and they compromised me getting an aesthetically pleasing result because they did not want to do their job. Despite only being 3 weeks since my last appointment, they still ended up charging me an extra $20 even though I was supposed to be charged only $70 due to having a membership and the fact that they mention they push for 3 weeks. $90 was definitely not worth these lashes and I felt like i looked worse with them. I wanted to come back the next day or two to get them fixed to how I liked them but when I contacted the front desk, she was rude and said that I should go see a different lash technician. So I have to get a dispute from my bank instead because these lashes just aren't worth $90. I don't recommend their lash services.

They replied my text message right away and squeezed me in immediately. It was an easy fix and I was very happy for the result. These ladies truly care about client satisfaction. You're able to request a style change before any appointment which is amazing! The lash techs are always super welcoming as well as the front desk receptionist. The lash techs always ask if I need a pillow or blanket before proceeding with my appointment. I would 100% recommend this business to anybody in the Brea, Placentia, and Yorba Linda area.

Sometimes I lose lots of my natural lashes whenever getting extensions but I hardly have any lash fall out whenever getting them done here. Definitely recommend!
